Barney Rubble - Deliberate suicide and throwing game, personal abuse directed at me. Not the first time either.

I took three troops of his as I needed a card in escalating game. Absolutely nothing personal or strange about my move, I had a large protected stack in oz, there were two players with 3 troops on territories next to me, I choose the one who was about to cash.

In retaliation he cashed on his next two turns and suicides all his available men into me, I explained my position but he just wanted to ruin the game for me. It effectively handed the game to blue who was the next player in a position to pick me off easily.

The accused are suspected of:

Throwing game
suiciding
personal abuse
not playing within the spirit of the rules

Pretty sure I filled out a complaint form a couple of years ago, and was told that If he did this repeatedly then something could be done

You got 8 troops in Istanbul and he had 22 on Berlin when he assaulted you. So you mean that Istanbul should be untouchable because you loaded all your troops to it and the other regions you control can easily be overtaken. If it is to be assaulted, the player should also be responsible to eliminate the rest of your controlled regions or else, he is throwing the game to whoever cleans you up.

It was out of sorts, if it was just that move, then it would not be suicide, just retaliation. The next move, he did so again attacked me with all his men every where he could, had no chance of killing me. He didn't take my other territories- he lost the battles- dakar and yakustk taking out his stacks and mine kept attacking though.

I had 11 on istanbul round 6, he attacked with surrounding troops, 5 on madrid I think, took istanbul down to 8. Then round 8 he tried to take istanbul, got bad dice. He took a territory for card. Next turn loaded up again, took istanbul and dakar and attacked sao polo but did not win. He then attacked yakust from magadan took out both our stacks but did not win the territory. He wasn't even trying to leave me weak for someone to take out, three turns,with all he had, took himself out deliberately too.

This simply looks like a matter of difference in gameplay. You got eliminated in round 8 and the game was over in round 10. If all his moves were all personal and malicious against you, why don't you put him on your foe list and rate him appropriately. I need more than this to say he threw the game.
