Comments:

I am not 100% sure I have a valid cause for complaint and I apolgise if I am bothering you without just cause.

I had got myself into a position where I had a large number of territories that I acquired very quickly early in the game but few troops. I was reasonably confident that no one was in a position to seriously challenge my position at that stage in the game and that I could build up my forces significantly before anyone was in a position to challenge me.
I was prevented from doing that by sjemba who devoted himself to obstructing my efforts throughout the game to the exclusion of anything else. Regardless of the fact that other players were getting stronger, he generally ignored them. This was not to improve his own chances which he could easily have done but only to keep me down. A fact he admitted to me later.
In fact he was so focused on me that he ignored attacks on himself by other players, just carried on attacking me until he was eliminated.
By that time, he had achieved his objective as I had no hope of winning.
After he was eliminated, I challenged him about it and he admitted that he deliberately attacked me to stop me gaining bonuses and winning the game.
I know that all sorts of strategies and tactics are allowed in the games and, usually, I never particularly object to anything anyone does but I felt particularly aggrieved in this case that an experienced player like him deliberately and successfully set out to spoil my game.

Looks like utter nonsense to me. In fact it's a struggle to find turns at the beginning where he did actually attack you. You were getting the most bonuses, and he attacked you to "prolong the game", not particularly to spoil yours. Neither cheating nor abuse.

There is no pattern of him playing with another player in your game in team games, ie secret diplomacy. So best to foe and move on and learn from experience. If you gain a bit of tactical information out of the deal, then you are ahead of the game by losing more so than if you won.

Nap...strange you've never encountered this before...You getting the majority of the bonuses straight up meant you were looking good for the win...the guy you complain about thort he had little to no chance so tried to ensure he lost LESS points by being beaten by a higher ranked player rather than lose lots to you...Is this Fair? NO...it this War? yes! Consider points as troops/materiel: if he loses lots by you winning this one, he has a much smaller force for his next battle...this aint cricket, it's war.
Hard to prove any wrong doing here but it DOES happen more times than not...fact of life, Sunshine...

After looking at the game in question, I agree with the comments posted above. There is no sign of Secret Diplomacy.

Also, for the record, not a multi.

Thanks for the responses. I am happy to move on.

Just for the record. I wasn't actually accusing him of being a multi or of secret diplomacy. I simply didn't realise I had to delete those bits of the form. That is something else I've learned. Also the bits about losing fewr points depending on the rank of the player you lose to was usefull to know. It explained why he did what he did.
Thanks.
