They should get rid of the points system.....seriously. They can still hand out hats and stars if that makes everyone feel warm and fuzzy inside. But no points = a lot less problems.

wont bother quoting you ha but really come on, i have said i don't see a problem with what josko is doing he got permission from admin before doing it. (if this is true because admin didn't confirm that.) i have also said he is not doing it to manipulate the other scoreboards, but in effect when these games end it will do exactly that then the players who have played hard to try to get to the top of them scoreboards might put another report in about manipulation of them scoreboards, and they could possibly have a case for that because like several have said it is manipulation of points which will effect some players on other scoreboards, since josko is doing it for the main one which will not effect any player in the long run there, then i am sure him being a stand up guy,and does not want to do this and will probably agree with me that he should not be counted in them scoreboards. i myself was getting ready to have a bash at one of them, but will hold off until he has done this now.

now lets get onto the rest of your first post. you say about me not getting involved in the politics of the clan world (this is where that was posted.) have i even brought up the clan world in my post. have i said anything about the politics of the clan world, have i commented in any clan thread surrounding anything to do with any event or any rule. there is one simple answer. no i have not.

now onto your 2nd post in succession i may add. another bait flame towards me without reason i may add. i am allowed to state my concerns for what is happening. i am allowed to give constructive criticism for what is happening or even my opinion for what i think, like in several threads i have posted in i have made one or 2 posts then left it, but am not going to sit back and let you slate me again like you have done several times with matters that had no concern to you. now lets get off your hate of me and allow the rest to have there opinion and there criticism of what they think of this matter. i wont be posting again and think you should do the same.

Streaks aside, it is perfectly within the rules of the site to take your turns at any point during a 24 hour window. This report is spurious and, frankly, ridiculous. No rules were broken. Josko even checked before he began his run for his top score that his plan was legit by getting confirmation from king achilles.

I don't understand why people always try so hard to tear josko down. He began his run as conqueror. Then he won a bunch of points, hit his personal high score, and remained conqueror. Now he's lost a bunch of points and still remains conqueror.

That's what I can't understand about this entire thing. There was a bunch of threads made before this one and in each of those, several players that played against him said that all of his games against them were legit and he didn't do anything out of line. The Crown's thread was locked while staff discussed it, while this one remains open for the head hunters.

Are we really gonna do a witch hunt on the order of people's turns now?

For those comparing this to the crown's case, it's not the same at all. If you deliberately hold people hostage and not take your turns as you would have done, that's gross manipulation of the game. Even if you take the scoreboard out of it, holding up 700 games is ridiculous, then dropping to cook to get maximum effect. Dropping troops in a game that you have won and ending is not legit play.

People with common sense recognise how that case has nothing to do with Josko's.

If people didn't keep rushing to his defence nobody would be "head hunting", as you put it. Not that it's unreasonable to defend a friend/clanbuddy, far from it, but it also adds petrol to the forrest fire.

Don't we alL manipulate our score by trying to win a game? This is a casual website where you can take up to 24 hours for your turn. josko.ri is CLEARED.

And when someone starts 500 games and delays the losers till the 23 hour and real times the winners and subsequently shoots up the score board, don't bring a C&A case against him. Gates are open!! Josko.ri still didn't violate a rule, because there isn't one concerning this event. So kudos to him for discovering this loop hole before anyone else.

I very frequently play my winning games faster than my losing games. It's virtually my MO. I've just never done it at the level Josko has, nor has my score ever been high enough to draw attention. If I'm winning, I want to win quickly, because winning feels good. If I see I'm slowly losing a game, I'll put off taking that turn, because losing sucks.
