Hey there guys. Let's try something a little bit different. In this tournament we'll play some of my favourite maps: Antarctica, Feudal War, Ireland and Age of Realms 1 and 3. This will be a 1vs1 tournament with five different group stages followed by playoffs.
Tournament Structure Ice Cold Phase: Four 4-player groups. One point per victory, zero per defeat. Everybody plays everybody in the group once. Map: Antarctica. Feudal Phase: Four 4-player groups. One point per victory, zero per defeat. Everybody plays everybody in the group once. Map: Feudal War. Celtic Phase: Four 4-player groups. One point per victory, zero per defeat. Everybody plays everybody in the group once. Map: Ireland. Mighty Phase: Four 4-player groups. One point per victory, zero per defeat. Everybody plays everybody in the group once. Map: AoR1. Mayhem Phase: Four 4-player groups. One point per victory, zero per defeat. Everybody plays everybody in the group once. Map: AoR3.
At the end of this phase, all the points are added and the 8 players with most points advance to the next phase. AT THIS POINT, THE REMAINING PLAYERS CHOOSE THEIR OWN FAVOURITE MAP FROM ALL CC MAPS.
Quarter Final: 4 games. Winners advance to the Semis. Map: 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place maps. Semi Final: 2 games. Best of 3. Winners advance to the Final. Map: Home, Away, Random. Final: 1 game. Best of 3. Winner takes it all. Map: Home, Away, Random.
Draws in the Group Phases - For the first of the group phases, the players will be randomly drawn into the four groups. - After the first phase, the new phase's groups will be composed by the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th of each group of the previous phase.
Tiebreakers (1st through 4th group phase) - Points. - Victory in the game between them (if only two players are tied). - Playoff game (if more than two players are tied).
Tiebreakers (last of the group phases) - Sum of all points gathered through the 5 group phases. - Playoff game between the tied players.
Settings auto seq esc chained foggy NO trench 20 round limit
Reserve Policy - In the first game of the tournament I will send at most two invitations. If none is accepted, the player will be replaced by a reserve. - After that, any player that misses ONE invitation will lose the game but remain in the tournament.
I hope this strange tournament fits the standards of at least 16 people. And I hope everybody has a great time playing here!
