Confirm... New people make sure to read all the rules! And don't hesitate to ask... If you are a one of the prisoners, just let me know and I'll help you out.

OK, so let's break this down...

2 Prisoners
6 Townies (unless there is a third party, which I don't see Spiesr putting one in such a small game)

Out of those townies, what do you guys think? One cop, one doc? Maybe a JOAT, instead of two separate roles?

He said it was a basic game, so I wouldn't think the scum have any roles at all.

This first day lynch is going to be critical, more so than most games because of the small number of players and the fact that there are only two enemies.

Agreed. Two mislynches and we could be at the end of the rope. At least we have a 25% chance of hitting scum with the first lynch.

Yeah, I don't see a third party being here. Would this being basic add to that and support it?

JOAT? Dang... That would be nice if someone had it.

He said it was a basic game, so I wouldn't think the scum have any roles at all.

Is that assumed or are we speaking from experience/inside info? :-s

SUPPORT IT

JOAT? Dang... That would be nice if someone had it.

It would be, but it ALSO means that there would only be one night action for the whole town... And, most JOATS are only one shots... Each of their abilities are used up after the first time. The one cop/one doc would actually benefit the town most.

He said it was a basic game, so I wouldn't think the scum have any roles at all.

Is that assumed or are we speaking from experience/inside info? :-s

Basic games generally are Mafia, Vanilla Townie, Cop, Doc.... And many don't even have the cop or doc, but maybe only one of those two... Experience, no inside info.

Alright, since there aren't any games currently in sign ups I finally going to go ahead to mod a game after all this time to fill the void. This is be a relatively simple game which is intended to be noob friendly . Further details to come.

There is a difference between a "basic game" and spiesr stating that this will be a relatively simple game intended to be noob friendly. Granted there are a limited number of permutations for roles to keep the game balanced between mafia and town but I would also not assume anything about what is or is not present in this game role wise.

Vote TWO for submarining in all his games...that utter cad!

In all seriousness, though, with the activity, thus far, I haven't picked up anything, yet...other than Nark's glorious attempt at outing the mafia.

It's been a busy weekend for me...I should be much more active once the week starts and all the homework hits me...Obsessively following games gives me a wonderful way to procrastinate.

Small games like this are hard for Town. Mafia can sit back with a wait and see attitude.

As of present there are several of us who are posting while others are minimal to nonexistent. We have a week, which sounds like a lot but can fly by real quick.

We need a claim. Unvote VOTE Firecoal

College or not it doesn't take but 5 min to log on and see whats up in a small game like this.

True, but he's been completely inactive on the mafia boards, I think...he hasn't even been posting in his own game...I say we give him a chance to respond to the prod before we push for it.

the joke vote ended relatively quickly and we've already pushed him to claim territory
