I'm accusing Slaqdog of ratings abuse.
Last 25 ratings have been 1 star.

Ridiculous comment. Well within rights to report this - the system is there and this is (potentially) abuse, certainly worth investigating.

The next probably 100 of my ratings will be 1 stars. I don't feel the need to rate people, as I already have the platinum medal, but I will rate them badly if I think they deserve it.

So you only rate those you feel perform poorly/have a bad attitude? Some would call that abuse, I think your with in your rights to do so.

If it's justified by their play/attitude etc, then fine. It's when someone rates 1 star just because the other guy beat them that it becomes abuse; or saying 'rude' when nothing was said, or 'deadbeat' when they didn't miss a turn.
