What can you tell us about the change in Admin Policy to allow members of the site to be involved in Development.
Do you think that has caused significant resentment in those who may have been sidelined by this new policy?

Why is the Tech team missing so many of those that represented it's hey-day of authors numerous scripts & enhancements a la chipv, sherkaner, yeti_c, dako etc

What is your role precisely in Administration, is it just limited to Tech related endeavours, or do you provide a more encompassing role with hands in numerous pie's like Forum enforcement, Community relations etc.
