My opponent has missed two turns already, if something's come up I wouldn't mind if he conceded the other two games so we don't hold up everyone else.
Well, there's nothing much I can do about that. If he doesn't accept the 2nd leg invitation, he will be out of the tournament and you'll advance to the next round. But as for "holding up the tournament", there's not much to worry about. There are a lot of people in this tourney and that kind of situation is bound to happen in early rounds some times.
