ok from the other thread guys and girls a post from josko.

In this moment KORT joined all 10 home games and tie breaker, while You joined only your 10 home games. Isn't that unfair advantage given to AKA, that you know who you will play vs in tie breaker game while we do not know, so you can manage your team and time of joining according to your preferences while we cannot do it?

i see 2 things here.

ok i did not see this was the tiebreaker game because when seeing games were ready i use game finder and look at all the games as 1. since they are not made in order of double triples then quads or any order with all teams the same i missed it.. but plz this part is not a dig at kort just why i didnt see the tie breaker was there.. also when it is headed with

so lets say since the game is not titled properly we recreate that game(easy mistake to be done.), and sign up 1 player at a time giving 24 hours to each team to give there player would you say that is fair... and since kort are the clan in charge of creating the game ill give you our player first it will be berniel

now see this is what communicating can do just ask your war organiser to let me know if you want this our not. i really dont want you saying aka had a advantage because of 0.75 percent...

eddie, for us the fact that you saw 10,75 rosters of our games while you we saw only 10 rosters of your game is not problem. We can live with that handicap.

However, you are the one who is pointing out how AKA is handicapped because we were late with that one invite. In reality, AKA was not handicapped at all because you could see 0,75 more home roster than KORT could see at the time of exchange games.

Also for your suggestion it is already late. AKA already knows which is our roster so AKA could already manage their team according to our roster, so AKA got advantage by knowing first who will they face in tie breaker game, while KORT did not know that information from AKA. You had like one month period from start of this war in which you could suggest to Bruce what you suggested now, in order to be fair tie breaker to both clans. You failed to do so, now it is too late when you already saw our roster.

Also, the fact that you did not even realize there are 11 games in KORT's set 2 (one of them tie breaker) shows enough how much you care about real and quality leading of your clan, and how much you care about just stirring the drama.

On another topic, it looks like we might need some additional time to get all the games filled. Rather than miss a deadline, can we agree to an extra 48 hours? (or some other amount of time mutually agreed upon)

Yes, I understand it very well. But as he make mountain of all our honest mistakes and is picky about every of them, I was also counter-picky to him, especially when AKA could see 10,75 of our roster while we could see only 10 of their roster, and he still find time to complain how that is very unfair to AKA.

I was in the process of writing a longer official response, but in a nutshell this issue is settled. Eddie has given me the names of two of the players for that game, and has offered to let US select the third player. I consider that to be more than fair and equitable, and consider this matter closed. There has been far too much bickering and sniping on both sides. The time has come to end it. We owe it to both clans to behave in a civil manner and let these games become fun again.

see people this is all it takes someone to pm/wall me and talk about things, i am very approachable if it is prior to something happening. and this has now stopped. thankyou fishy for showing some respect and contacting me so we could resolve this...for more than the first time in this war. and since kort have now asked for a extension can i explain something to you shannon apple.. you said earlier i was being contradicting to bruce for correcting him on this.

To us, him saying "due date" when Bruce said I will put them all up on exchange date, looked like sarcasm after all the crap that went on over us and dates. My post was in direct response to his comment.

exchange date and due date is a big difference go read the rules. the rules state due date , they also state clans have 5 days from when games are sent to join. which would make it 6pm uk tonight for you to be in the games i sent last week.. so i was more correcting bruce to make you think why is he doing that... out of good will on this stand down (which was hard because while we were talking josko was baiting again.) and nearly caused talks to stop. i told fishy that games were due signed up today which i was told no chance they would be because kort were going by sunday exchange date... So instead of provoking things again today and pulling kort for lateness again i told her to post asking for extension and time and i would agree to it...something i would of done at anytime if asked.

ps i still do not believe i let you know my next trick....

and p p s this stand down does not stop the fact that even though only 1 game was not joined when pm was sent with the game list is was still a 2nd break on that rule a warning was issued in round 1 so to do it again round 2 means the clan mods need to step in and issue what ever punishment should be issued...if it is a forfeit can we do the hive triples game please. if it is a 1 game passover that will be it as well.

What are you going on about now josko. What ace in my pocket go to main thread op you will see kort warning round 1. Me and fishy agreed to move on from last night and i let her know you were about to break another rule and we sorted it. But the result has not been made from cds about what happened yesterday.and us sorting things does not mean other aka players are not entitled to fairness. So lets wait for the mod reponse on that issue and that will be everything over and done for past events and no new issues to bring up
