I went through the game log, but didn't see much, javinfinity, can you tell me why you think they are conducting secret diplomacy?

Looks like your getting burned by HCL (pun intended :ugeek: )

What is going on to make you suspect this? it just looks like a stale game to me. They never take turns right after each other and are both premium.
