The accused are suspected of: Abusing rating system ,harrasing other player/s, harrasing cheat and abuse forum, bringing here cases without sufficient evidences, pointing out player/s abusing rule/s with no good evidences, throwing mud over player/s irrelevantly, hiding evidences via changing/modifying/deleting em to use very in his advance.
Game number(s): No spesific game there is to support the above accuasitions but there is link in which partial/full of above accuasitions can be found in between lines.

to be addition to this, i reccomend his profile to be visitted, and see ratings he left for players.
Comments:
1/ He brings no clear evidence while accusing player/s. But somehow he can put dirt on player/s accusing them doing this/that comfortably, this way harrasing peace/and harmony, so the friendly atmosphere of society/community.
2/ He makes no or very little research before he accuses player/s, then once it is reminded him where he made mistakes, he makes back step. Well, bringing accuasitions here with no or little research is kinda harrasment over player/s accused, and stealing working effort and valuable time/s of ppl in charge.
3/ Once the field of what ratings he left for players visitted, it will be seen well that, he has got no middle measures. He leaves either full 5 stars, or all 1s...Take a few exceptions excluded, this is the wide spread picture i see when i visit mentioned field in where you can see ratings he left for players. There are 3 fields, game play/attitude/fair play...He, most of times, leaves all 3 fields, either all 5 stars or 1stars... Well, accusing someone being deadbeat, then it is game play field that should be left 1 stars...but it has got not much to do with attitude or fair play field. Especially, fair play is something if you are fair in multi player game atmosphere...So, his ratings are smelly/fishy being a bit of vindictive, and being not representative over the player/s profile. What i understand and see is, if there is something LITTLE he doesnt like, no matter what he doesnt like to be a big rule violation or not, he just drop 1 stars in every possible three fields entries. This is abuse of rating system, wrong and faulty use of rating system.
4/ Revisitting viewtopic.php?f=5&t=185913; there stands he brings lots of conflicting aspects/points...This is sort of making it tough for abuse moderators to see what is right and what is wrong. Sorta abusive use of CA forum i believe.
