Conducting "Secret" Diplomacy

Comments: Don't know how long the wall-posting between these two has occurred—I only discovered it this morning. Perhaps it's been occurring for weeks; perhaps just this once. I also have no idea how it has effected the game one way or the other. It's in Croatian (I believe) and says, "Anything we can against blue." I feel so injured. I'm whimpering. I'm crying. I need counseling. I need meds. Just like in middle school when I was picked last for all the reindeer games.

Either way, the rules are clear, right? No diplomacy outside of the game-chat window.

Tried to upload the screen shot of the wall posting but the file is too big. I have it on file; maybe there's another way I can post?

It is Croatian, and the literal translation is "Can we have something against blue". Sounds like a clear violation of the rule if it was not posted in the game chat, and if it was posted but in Croatian, it violates the requirement that it must be in a language all players understand.

In order this to be a violation they have to agreed on something... as it is said is only a proposal but not agreement.

No mater what would they have agreed wasn't able to stop you, in game chat or out of it

Well i dont find reply from Stara_Majka, so i dont know how he involve in these- but i see that you win a game.

For mine view Stara_Majka are not involve in any secret diplomacy,,and probably pjevac could get some warning for attempt of secret diplomacy. And in game chat,they dont post nothing.

Maybe you have more evidence for bouth,but i can not find nothing more.
