Evil Semp has fled to an outpost on "official Multi Hunter business", but our intel says he's up to something. Find him. All we have is this picture of where he's supposedly residing:

Edit: stopped being lazy and looked over the other games..

Is ES in North America?

(Don't wanna jump the gun, but I live in PA and that seriously looks like a PA license plate.)

Theres a list of all the state license plates. Still very confident thats a PA license plate, I encourage the next guesser to split PA in half or something.

i say it is a better match then the one you put up. if you zoom in closely to the truck you can see it look less like a line of white and more like a circle (the area on mine without letters in the middle)
