This will be partially based on my 2011 Friendship Festival tournament, but there are major differences. For starters, this is a Dubs tournament, although there will be solo games on the side.
I want at least 17 teams, but there is no upper limit. SIgn up with a partner. One of you will be the "Canadian", and one of you will be the "American". BOTH OF YOU MUST POST IN THE THREAD TO FINALIZE YOUR ENTRY! One player can post to reserve a spot for your team, but that spot will not be confirmed until the other player posts also.
In order to play the "Canadian" you must post: I love Canada!
In order to play the "American" you must post: I love the U.S.A.!
There are NO actual restrictions on who may enter this tournament. You do not need to be Canadian or American in real life. Playing in this tournament does not obligate you to perform military service in the U.S. or to pay taxes in Canada! All you need is to like one of us well enough to be able to say "I love ___!" without reservation.

The "best individual performance" will be settled by your win percentage (100*total wins/total games) with most total wins as a tiebreaking condition.
