See my above post explaining the military part. I know he was involved in the Russo-Japanese War and WW1, but he sucked in both of them, and in my opinion, is not what he is most well known for. I think he's most well known for being the last czar of Russia and the czar that the Bolsheviks put to death, along with his whole family.
I don't know how you guys want to play it...x-raider mentioned Nicholas II first, but Gilipig was the first to actually ask the question. It's up to you guys who gets the credit for the correct answer.
