brownbagger and boomtap[Cleared]SN

Postby Spino on Tue May 22, 2012 1:23 pm

Accused:

brownbagger (major)
boomtap (new recruit)

The accused are suspected of:

Being Multis or Conducting Secret Diplomacy

Game number(s):

Game 11137118

Comments:

3-player Freestyle speed game.
"They" haven't attack each other all the game before i was eliminated at round 13 ! (except for taking their respective bonus)
I've been attacked 51 times.
And as soon as I'm eliminated the low-ranked boomtap suddenly misses his turns while he had become more powerfull than brownbagger
(he had 3 stacks and 7 spoilcards as he eliminated me).

And of course the major wins the game in the end.

Please, don't make me laugh... :?

2012-05-22 13:14:15 - brownbagger assaulted Magadan from Yakutsk and conquered it from boomtap
2012-05-22 13:14:15 - boomtap received 3 troops for 3 regions

Multi's... Probably not...

Secret Diplomacy... Quite possible...

He ran out of time at least 8 times before he eliminated you, and missed only 1 turn before eliminating you.

Like I said, I don't see a multi, but secret diplomacy is possible.

I've played brownbagger a few times in 3 player, and a number of the games did feel dodgy, to the point where I did a bit of digging on Game Finder. There's absolutely no pattern I can see that would justify even a spurious secret diplomacy claim against him though - unless he is running the world's biggest internet scam ever. I think he's just one of these incredibly lucky people, who doesn't get attacked in 3 player very much. Either that or he's sold his soul to the devil. Could be either.

why has multi even been mentioned one is usa one is canada. so obviously they are not multi's.. add to the fact that this was just about his first game on site i think you are just the victim of a inexperianced person playing in your game. i have had it before on aor2 i eliminated the 3rd player had a total of 24 troups left came across the newer players stack of 75 and he did not attack giving me the game.

I don't think that word means what you think it means

Maybe you were thinking of "tenuous"?

Both players are cleared from Secret Diplomacy.

boomtap fought for his bonus, this actions are probably because he has limited experience. But this also gave brownbaggera good chance winning the game, as happened.

Tenuous would have made more sense, yes. Thank you, Captain Pedantry.
