9.MiscellaneousAny deemed abuse should be brought to the attention of the League Directors immediately
The 12 hour FOW rule will not be enforced at all. If two clans wish to use it (as a gentleman's agreement) then this must be done in advance of the round in which they play one another (there will be no penalties for not using it nor will there be any enforcement of the gentleman's agreement by TO's or DD's if it is breached). Games will not be re-made and results will not be changed.
Timing out in Escalating and Nuclear games will not be tolerated by any players or clans that abuse this.
First offense of a team:The first time a team breaks this rule, the game will be considered forfeit and must be re-made by the clan for which it was a home map.
Second offense of a team (in the same game): the game will not be considered as a win for the offending clan for league purposes. If they do win, then the game will be declared a draw. In these circumstances, games may still count towards other statistics, such as ranking systems.
If a clan has been penalized (as above) for two offenses in one game, then commits a single further offense in any game in the same round the same penalty will apply: the game will not be considered as a win for the offending clan for league purposes. If they do win, then the game will be declared a draw. In these circumstances, games may still count towards other statistics, such as ranking systems.
If a clan have been penalized twice during the season then any single further offense in any game during the entire season will result in the same penalty will apply: the game will not be considered as a win for the offending clan for league purposes. If they do win, then the game will be declared a draw. In these circumstances, games may still count towards other statistics, such as ranking systems.
Timing-out, missing turns or dead beating in No Spoils or Flat Rate games will not be investigated, or result in any penalties.
Decisions of the League Directors and Division Director are final .
Clans submitting entry to the league are deemed to have agreed to the rules.
There is a no tolerance rule to insulting or bad behavior. Any issues brought to the League Director's attention will be dealt with harshly in conjunction with Clan Directors.
As there seems to be some discrepancy between CC time on this site and the time given by the [Time] function, one hour's grace will be given with all deadlines to ensure there is no unfair disadvantage.
Throwing games ruleeach intentionally throwing games, is strictly prohibited. Those Clan who do so will be punished with deduction of 6 points from ranking table board.
This rule will be apply only if there are enough valid evidence to be acted upon them.
If there are any throwing games, they would need to be reported promptly for consideration.
