The rules section of this site makes clear that proposing truces must be in the game chat and public. I have been proposed a truce by jujmemel on my personal wall, to which I responded in the game chat. Jujumemel has not responded now that I have acknowledged his communication publicly in the game chat, and if you check his wall and the wall of Rebels1990, you will see that jujumemel seems to have used this as a means of proposing truces outside the game chat on at least one other occasion. I dont think this is a major violation, but none the less worth reporting.
