Are you masons or lovers? Which one? He said you were both. That is what is called a slip. His name also lines up with mafia.

Sound did your role specifically say that he was town? It is possible in fact not uncommon for there to be a mafia/town lover pairing.

We are both masons and lovers. That wasn't a slip. My role does not say he is town but does say that I die if he dies.

Okay, well his name indicates he is scum. I know you are his lover and I'm sorry, but we're after scum here.

Well I hope I'm right because I have every reason to believe that your claim is real Sound...I have every reason to doubt Jonty's alliance.

vote Jonty

I'm sorry to hear that. Are you willing to take one for the team? It is in the town's best interest if it boils down to attrition.

I'm always willing to take one for the team. However I think it would be more beneficial if we left Jonty alive and went after someone else. That way even if Jonty is scum at least we have an extra townie in the game (me). And there is still the chance he is not scum.

Having a hell of a hard time getting an accurate VC on my netbook. I am on Spring Break for a few more days and do not have my role sheet. Never expected to have to be ready for that fast a case guys! If there is a lynch, morning will not come till late Saturday. I would suggest the town uses a the time to talk, and the scum to manipulate, rather then have a or so day night. Perhaps I will just allow further discussion after a lynch has been declared, and then just let a twilight hang until Thursday or so and allow discussion. If you have opinions, feel free to PM me.

There is some role speculation going on with lovers/masons. I won't say anything and do not ask me to clarify, you are all capable to do the needed research if there are doubts on my style of mechanics.

Trying to go get an accurate count.

There isn't a lynch yet; he's only L-1, assuming that you don't count the vote by strike two pages ago that was red instead of green.

I am getting a VC like this

Jonty (5) ~ Strike, safari, everywhere, Tailgunner, General L-1
Everywhere (1) ~ Freezie

I have a 10 inch screen, so I may be mistaken. If I am, someone say so and quote the vote.

They do have to be green.

That count looks good. There's also a vote on me from freezie, though.

That was bad, but thanks sound for defending me (now I think about it you are also defending yourself)

Well, all I can say is explain why I voted for cop (it was unintentional). When I claimed mason-lover it was because we could talk at night as well as die with each other. Anyhow, vote Medefe he seemed very agressive on drake's mafia maths and has been generally inactive.

well usually (from what i have read on wiki) if jonty is mafia, sound will be some type of power role, this is usually done for balancing reason, now of course there is nothing set in stone about that.

Now i would vote for holding off with jonty being lynched this day at least and let him die another day.

But the standard lover mechanic means that lovers can talk at night anyways. The mason claim is redundant.

Not necessarily. Tarantino Mafia I put straight goon/VT lover mechanics. And neither jonty nor sound has claimed any other powers.
