I think there the same person with 2 accounts or there is a secret diplomacy involved. Check out game 10710877. Just by the way they played and how they played. When 1 finished there turn then the other started. It was a freestyle game but it might as well been sequential.

hahahaha... He was banned for account sharing in another game few years ago. I would not be surprised if he repeat the same here.

I looked at the game log and they were playing turns at the same time, some were within 1 - 2 seconds of each other. I don't think they are a multi but maybe SD
