My guess is because they could just be left in the regular Suggestions Forum. There really isn't a difference between the proposed Forum and the regular Forum except for the activity of the threads.

I have always wondered about this, since recently finished games are sort of in the order that they finished. Thanks for the clarification.

But if it was possible, I would certainly prefer that games are listed by the time that they ended, not by the time that the last round started. That's kind of a weird way of organizing things
