Game number(s):
In total 280 completed games, 213 of these being 5-player standard games with freestyle + fog setting. Other games are present in the game list, but lately it appears that this favourite settings is used and it, coincidentially, attracts quite a fair share of NRs.

Page 3: 19 games and 41 NRs (still being NRs, judging from the look, there are probably a few more players that were NRs at the time). That's a ~54% NR rate in these games (41 divided by 76 (i.e. 19*4).
Page 2: 100 games and about 130 NRs (still being NRs, judging from the look, there are probably quite a few more players that were NRs at the time). That's a ~32.5% NR rate in these games (130 divided by 400 (i.e. 100*4). But the real NR number is likely to be around or above 50% judging from page 3.
Guess it could be considered systematic since the player sets up these games and not seem to join them (I'm sure that these settings can be found if looking to join games). Can't be a surprise to see NRs joining anymore after around 200 games with these settings. But dunno if the map/setting is to "lean" here. But on the other hand, looks like a typical way to behave if wanting to have a good chance to get NRs in the game. That's up to the mods I guess. Lately he seems to go with other types of games though, moving away from a 100% use of these settings, but they are still there.
Comments: First, appologies for being sarcastic (like in the last two threads). I guess in hindsight, it was obvious that a sense of humour isn't anything one whould expect to find traces of here. I'll make sure to behave now. Second, no, I have no intention to go on a spree with these settings. Third, this is interesting, easy to find potential systematic farming cases just doing a few quick searches. Fourth, this is not spurious despite being interesting. No wish or ill-will on my part.
