Progression to Phase Two

• Winners of each Division from phase 1 advance too division 1 in phase 2
  also the top 1 clan in 2nd place (according to points, then games won/lost ratio) also qualifies for division 1 in phase 2.
  
• The remaining 2nd placed clans in phase 1 advance too division 2 in phase 2
  also the top 2 clans in 3rd place (according to points, then games won/lost ratio) also qualifies for division 2 in phase 2
  
• The remaining 3rd placed clans in phase 1 advance too division 3 in phase 2
  also the top 3 clans in 4th place (according to points, then games won/lost ratio) also qualifies for division 3 in phase 2
  
• The remaining 4th placed clans in phase 1 advance too division 4 in phase 2
  also the top 4 clans in 5th place (according to points, then games won/lost ratio) also qualifies for division 4 in phase 2
  
• The remaining 7 clans advance to division 5
  
• Clans in Divisions E to G will all automatically be awarded 1 point (and 6 game wins and losses) in view of equalizing qualification possibilities for Phase Two vis-a-vis clans in larger Divisions playing one extra round.

Hi all

We have been working endlessly on a few concerns and problems to this point and we are tweaking a few rules to better serve all involved to better help the first contacts and the DD’s. Below DJ and I have out lined the changes in blue and every change was a direct problem we had or a concern a player or players had. We feel we addressed the main concerns that needed to be addressed. We also will be sending a PM out today to all DD’s and first contacts.

We are sorry for any inconvenience that we have caused anyone a lot of hours went into this tweak and DJ and I are on opposite sides of the world so sometimes it’s hard to get together.

If I remember correctly, I'm sure both cl2 and 3 had them? DJ and wp aren't really cutting completely new ground as I understand it

History:

The majority of our members come from the clan L4D, you may remember them from such clan wins as against KOTF and Dynasty Since then the group have reformed under the new name of Wild Geese and have taken a wealth of new members (including yours truly) and are ready and waiting for battle. We are currently competing in the newcomers cup, ready to kick butt!

Recruitment:

Interested in joining us? Either post in this thread or PM me or one of the other leaders found above! We are selective in who we accept, they must be well versed in team games, have a high rating and attendance and be able to maintain a score of at least 1800+. If you meet these criteria then by all means apply

If they did have them then I couldn't find them in the threads, but am to lazy to go look back through to find them.

i think what is trying to be said hear and i have herd it a lot over the past few weeks is that its a bit less confusing and much easier to follow with the set up and everything linked to the proper threads.

3) mythology last signed players up on the 1st jan
4)it is a clan leaders responsibility to make sure there members are not in 2 clans. it took me 20 mins to find out wild geese were still a active clan.

rules are rules WPBRJ wild geese are still a registered clan they are still recruiting even if they are splitting up the players in question should not of been used until there was confirmation of the split. (this would of been done in there recruitment thread being closed by themselves or a clan mod.)

so at present mythology are still in breach of the 1 clan rule of this tourney. and i can only expect they will be treated as such. ow and ps since this is a cla sanctioned event do you not think it would of been wise for the head of the cla to make sure his clan was within the rules of this tourney and the cla membership.

Again it's being looked into and I would have sent a PM if i had received one it probable just has not proceeded to get to me yet if you sent to DD. I noticed yesterday your post in the division thread it was late and i have been working all day and this is first chance i have had to post.

I do not want to see this turn into a witch hunt, I will treat this matter like all matters, and do what ever i need to do so we do not need any more posts on this matter. When a decision is reached I will post in this thread what ever we decide.

I will make one quick public post on this. Wild Geese is dead as a clan as far as I know. People have left it, and the rest seem to be social. Therefore there is no rules violation. If it is indeed found that Wild Geese is still competing then there will be other issues. As far as BPB being left out. You guys just did not sign up. Nobody to blame but yourselves.

Wild geese went social months ago when they left the cla. They just didnt break up properly and get their threads removed to archives and what not....there should be no issue
