That chat obviously got me interested so I checked to see which game it was, checked the chat log and can't see any agreement for a truce in the game chat at all.
I'm sure I'm correct about them conducting NOT SO secret diplomacy, but if I'm wrong I will personally apologize to the accused in a pm.
