Fixed it up a bit.

If there is a PM (or more than one) that needs reported, go and look at the PM. There is an upside triangle with a ! in it in the top right corner. Push that and you can report the PM.

If they rated you poorly for one game, that is not ratings abuse. They must do it for multiple people incorrectly for it to be abuse.

Hi i don't think i ment "pm's i ment his messages in the game chat.

His rating wasn't just poor he just picked all the worst options from the list

rude i posted nothing that wasn't team chat
uncooperative i wasn't even on his side does that mean i didn't let him win
slow simply untrue
cheap tactics? our tactics were better than theres we won
