This seems like a really poor time to come forward with that. If you believed him, you had plenty of time to say so. Not after the claim. In fact, you have been rather unhelpful this entire game. FOS

edocsil wrote:I protected Drunkmonkey N1 so when soundman claimed no actions against DM I assumed he was a bluffing scum and hung him. I did not consider that I could have been roleblocked, which is more likely then him lying for some reason as a townie. Anyhow, congratulations guys you smoked out a protective role.

So now we have your story versus Soundman's. Personally, I think you are lying. A bodyguard is an untraceable, hardly used role. A good scum claim. Second, unless someone can come forth with a reason why your action did not land on Drunkmonkey, then I will assume that soundman was telling the truth and that you really didn't use an action on Drunkmonkey that night. Third, if you really did target DM N1, then you should have said when you voted "I targeted DM N1, soundman must be lying." It wouldn't have revealed your role and you would've justified your vote. Would it have looked scummy when he turned up town? Yes, but it wouldn't have looked like you were making stuff up after the fact (which is what it seems like now).

Again, I apologize for my slum in activity.

From what I've been reading, it appears the counterclaim is the best evidence we have.

Gah, didn't think that role was out there. I was the SK. Bulletproof or innocent I could choose. Didn't think pegging the watcher was going to come for me that hard. Anyhow, gg.

Whoa...how did strike edit the vote count without an "edited by" note? I think he got the role of Neo, from The Matrix.

Mod powers. As a global mod it doesn't say I've edited my posts unless I turn on edit posts (if you look back you'll even see a vote count that includes a vote that technically happened after the vote count was posted). Don't worry I only edit stuff when I'm modding I respect the rules.

With the Lynch of Dances With Wolves the night previous the town focused it's attention on the hangman. He was nervous and while he did his best to rebut their accusations but they ganged up on him. When all seemed lost he claimed.

"Alright. Alright. I'm a bodyguard" He spoke. "Now please let me go."

It seemed some of the town was ready to buy this claim. killing a protective role would be dangerous territory but one man stepped forward through the crowd.

"Hold on." THe man spoke. "He's not the body guard, I'm the body guard."

As the crowd turned it's attention back to the man he only had one thing to say. "Shit. Better go out with a bang!"

Throwing a smoke bomb the Joker escaped off stage and grabbed a tommy gun. He fired into the crowd as everyone ducked out of the way. One man however did not duck but instead drew his gun and fired a single shot between Jack Torrance's eyes.

Edocsil-Jack Torrance/The Joker (Duality Sk) has been lynched.

Well, it's not mafia, but scum all the same! Hopefully the night will be just as successful. Fingers crossed, pupils dilated, and Swiffers swept.

Still need a few actions sent in. I've been busy today so I don't think I'll be able to get the scene up either way but please send in actions.

The day had been busy for the town but even with the Serial killer dead, a quiet night was not what they expected. Like previous nights the same people were out but what happened beyond that not much is known.

In one part of town, a man ran through the streets, from what or towards what no one was really sure. In another area, a gun was fired at the wall with no particular target. Another person found blood but no body and in the end when they all met up in the morning not a single soul was missing.

Day 4 begins.

WIth 13 alive it takes 7 to lynch.
