Trik Gen. ---- Secret Diplomacy [warned]

Accused: Trik Gen.

The accused are suspected of: Conducting Secret Diplomacy

Game number(s): Game 9968318

Comments: I stumbled across something that he wrote on the wall of DaEagles4Life. He said 'go hard after col mustard'. Nothing is said in game chat and it doesn't appear that DaEagles4Life said anything back.

usually i would say "he's a cook, he might not have known" but, hes played 161 games... he should know better...

What I don't like about cases like this is that both will probably be noted/warned. This is all Trik Gen. fault but DaEagles4Life will most likely also get some sort of punishment even though he did nothing. At least that's how it's been in other similar cases. No doubt Trik Gen. has been conducting secret diplomacy and will rightfully either be warned or noted for it, but DaEagles4Life will probably also get a share of the cake.

He should have reported it himself. Or at least deleted the post from his wall.

Um, i've seen a ton of cases where the one saying "go after blah blah" get's warned, but the other person doesn't.

TheForgottenOne is correct. It will very likely only be the poster who gets the warning UNLESS the game logs indicate that there is obvious collusion going on and that request was acted upon.

I've seen cases very similar to this one where one player posted secret diplomacy material on someones wall. the other didn't respond but both received a warning.
