After looking at many games played by Phulish I have given him a 72 hour website vacation for intentional deadbeating. Pending review by admin he will receive a 1 month website vacation.

Yeah, something is fishy here. Take it from his clan mates that have known him for a good while now and have played several games together, this isn't like him, at all.

yeah, something definitely not right here, none of us in the clan have been able to get a hold of him, yet his games are being played, and now the speed games come up and get deadbeated? something is fishy and I doubt very seriously that it was phulish. I'm also a bit disturbed that he's already been given a vacation with what seems like very little investigation?

The account has to be given a vacation. Even if it is not him. Obviously someone is doing this. Whether it is him or someone who hacked his account, stole his password, or whatever. You can't just let that continue.

The actions were taken a week ago, and they were taken because there was deadbeating going on. No new games have been started after the ban was put in place. All he has to do is contact admin and the situation can be resolved if it wasn't him.

Would you have preferred for us to wait until he had no points before we did anything? As far as very little investigation, this all happened a week ago. Would you care to explain how much investigation you did to come up with your conclusion?

Evil i get why you had to pull the plug so quick, but you also could of gave us a heads up. I usually check the forum pretty much on a regular basis, and this one slip by me and the clansman.

To be honest with you I don't check the clans people belong to. And being an inactive member of Myth for over two years it didn't even cross my mind.

You can't expect the C&A mods to try to track down everyone's friends who get accused. That's ridiculous.

As a after thought, I should have contacted his clan.

I`m not asking for the mods to contact every friend of the accused that`s impossible for them to do, my point was that the original posting must of been barely posted less then a few days and buried in the archives as quickly as can be. Like i said, i check this forum on a regular basis and it only came our attention when a fellow clansman tried to enroll phulish in a tournament that we are actively part of, and after extensive search for the reason why he couldn't enroll him, that we found out about this.

Point dumping cases are handled as fast as possible. When we see speed games being set up and deadbeated out of we don't have time to ask friends what is going on. This thread was moved after almost 24 hours after the necessary actions were taken. Leaving it in the main C&A forum would not have served any purpose.
