Nice project!
A question, is it possible to reduce the small to have it within the limits (1000x800)?

Thanks for the stamp isaiah40.
ManBungalow wrote:Is this intended to be a map where each player starts with only one region; a tribe?
Being confined to one region, especially where they're unbalanced and can only attack one bonus, doesn't make for good gameplay.
However, I feel it would work well if each player started with a tribe, but also with a bunch of ordinary regions as in other classic-gameplay maps. This may already be your intention, and I'm sorry if I missed an obvious clue somewhere.
Otherwise, maybe add a little texture to the regions and move to the main map foundry, yes?

isaiah40...these are created as representational of the neck-gear that natives wear (some to show wealth) made from pigs teeth.
I am sorry but they stay as they give the map a slight "cultural" difference as part of the overall aesthetic

Ah, I read. Okay then.
Seamus76 wrote:I am really, really liking this map.
I don't see any gameplay issues, just a couple minor things:
- Maybe add "All" to Parks and Utilities in the Legend, i.e. "All Parks +5"
- The circle for Lapun Durand Epot needs to be moved down a bit.
- Where the Motu Tribe attack route and Walters Solwara attack route meet is a little funky. What if you moved the Motu Tribe ship closer to Paga, and had the Walters attack route go behind it? That would eliminate the crossing altogether. Just a thought.
Again, this is really cool and seems to be a great play for an 8 person game, and a nice, long tactical play for 1v1.

If you consider it bastardised, what is your alternative, and why do you consider it bastardised?
All it is is the name in the local language - Tok Pisin - which i would have thought quite appropriate.

what it is is the locals failed attempt to pronounce Port Moresby (Pot Mosbi)
