Tidied up the format.

Can't see any evidence of secret diplomacy personally, and this is their first game together. Sounds like one of those cases where you don't like the gameplay of another player (although now that you've made the accusation don't be surprised if there' a bit of retaliation in the game. Foe and rate accordingly

Like the poster before me, I don't see any secret diplomacy in this game, looks more like maybe bad tactics.
