If he would just buy a membership he wouldn't have to conduct the secret diplomacy that he does.

tsakota, jrock24 and dhdryden have received a WARNING and a BLOCK for secret diplomacy. They will be able to finish any games that have already started but they will not be able to join any more games with each other.

Doesnt secret diplomacy have to be a secret to classify as "secret diplomacy"? If he comes out right and says this is the plan, then its just diplomacy.

When you discuss teaming up against someone in a different game then it is secret diplomacy. Here is a link to the rules.
