Comments: I am currently sitting for suparolo(My cousin-in-law), and while taking his turns, I noticed he had a new wall post, so when I re-logged back onto my account, I checked his wall, and noticed this. Pretty sure he is asking him to eliminate that 7 green stack.

If I were in your position, I would point out to him/her "this can be assumed to be a secret diplomacy. A way to avoid this is to post your comments in the game chat."

Then if it continues, he/she is obviously abusing it at this point and needs to be reported. I don't think it should be made into an issue if its the only occurrence.

It has recently been established that even this once, you can get a warning for it. I think its a clear policy and should be kept.
