Apologies, I had not seen it. When I read your message, I checked games on your group and found the previous one. I could not think that he would had broken the rules in two different games at the same time. Well, as I just said a couple of posts above, I have no other choice that remove him from the tournament at this point and declare that game invalid.

what happens if a game is won by map rules and all other player are alive or just few of them are alive

I think it's better to explain with an example. If there are three players. and one of them wins the map, the other two players get a 3rd position. So there would be two players with 5 points but no player with 7 points.

Do points carry from one round to the next?
Is the winner at the last round the one who has the most points during the entire tournament or only during that one round?

Hello Didacus. Points are not carried from one round to the other. They will only be used in case of a tie.

2nd round has also 12 games for 3 groups and then the final has only 6 games for 1 group.

So, if at the end of the 6 final games there was a tie, then we would look at points from previous rounds. But only then. In that case, the player with higher score during all the tournament would be the winner,
