I can't be sure 200% but it look really suspicious. It's an assassin game. They played almost simultaneously and GirthyBrian won on the first turn. astrabone6 had no armies left like if he made the path clear for GirthyBrian. I think astrabone6 attack PAF in order to clear the way for GirthyBrian. It's clearly an alliance off game or a hijacking accounts. They both have a high score.

The two guys you mention do play a lot of games together. Not sure if it was secret diplomacy in this particular case, but perhaps you could do some research if it has happened more often.
