It took a bit longer than what I thougt. At least I had the help of chip's tool, which made it a lot more easy. I don't know what I would have done without the help of that tool!
I also saw that there has been a couple of changes in the South of the map and adapted the code acordingly. Now we have 172 territories (or regions)
Now I am reviewing the techs part

I have to say, after trying to load the XML and watching it take around a minute to load, it scares me a little in how well it may run with BOB and/or Clickables. It's too bad that there's not a more efficient way of coding the conscriptions.

EDIT: Oliver, we went with Esternan instead of Easternan and Warton instead of Wilbon. A quick Find/Replace should fix it.

Not a big deal, but it'll trim 40 lines of code out of the XML and probably 1-2k off the file size and I get the feeling every little bit is gonna help.
