Obiss cheating at fog of war?[CLOSED]ES

Is it cheating if someone gives away their location to others in a fog of war game? I have trapped a player in a Hive game and am the only one who can see where there last troop is stationed, in order to not let me receive their bonuses for killing them they let everyone know where they are. This particular player and I have been going back and forth for most of the game and I feel that they are letting everyone else know their location to screw me. Please advise if this is cheating and if so can you remove their comment stating where they are located?

not cheating but is very annoying again the rules need looking at but CC cant be bothered. If you are gonna call out positions they may as well remove the FOW options

No it is not cheating according to the rules of the site. Many consider in a cheap tactic to reveal the location of other players armies in FOG games. I would suggest rating this layer accordingly and even foe him if you like. This is CLOSED.
