They didn't attack each other all game and yellow left a border of 1 on towawka even though red had 5 on lubbock and red didn't use his 5 on lubbock to bust yellow's indian territory, even though yellow was clearly dominating. there was no dialogue regarding a truce so it had to have been secret diplomacy.

from what i folllow from game chat and the game log is that red just wanted the game to end...yellow was in control and he just stopped fighting. I dont think there was any kind of truce etc outside of chat.
