The accused are suspected of:

Being Multis

Comments: Just a sinking suspicion. I've been watching these accounts for a while now and I can't really tell for sure if they are multis. Some of them went inactive around the same time and some of them claim to be family, but their 100s of private games seem a bit fishy... Especially when StollMike wins most of them...

You had me until you added stollmike. The others, all from USA, and it looks like all of the joined around the same time...so possible.
