Having been convicted of Secret Diplomacy before, I'd say gl with your claim. Though they may have picked on you, it kind of seems like you might need more evidence to back this up.

So what triggered the secret diplomacy accusation is when blue made his turn on the 10th round and assaulted green. I would suspect that blue just miscalculated red's capability to eliminate him when he attempted to spread his troops up to the Hokkaido zone. This is CLEARED.
