The first game is the one I'm in right now, only 3 turns have passed and it's already obvious they're working together. Green is strongest, moved all his troops in my directions, left his regions wide open, but red just doesnt bother him. So I checked their previous games: 9 games of the 14 finnegar has played, were with lord_eddard. Every game they were both in, one of them won. Also in my game, as soon as one ends his turn, the next starts his immediatly after, so they might me multis. I can not prove this of course, but that they work together every game is obvious. Also explains their bad rating. When checking out the games of lord_eddard another names comes back several times: Fendis. I dont know if he's another multi or another friend, so I'm not really accusing him, just pointing out he's also suspicious.
