This tournament is broken down into three rounds and is open to both premium and freemium members (with a minimum attendance of 97% or better.)

Maps Used: Africa, Australia, N. America, South America, Europe, Aisa, World 2.1
Settings - Auto Deploy, Flat Rate, Freestyle, Unlimited Reinforcement, Sunny
ROUND 1 - "Claim your map"
The purpose of this round is to place 36 of the 48 entrants into a group on one of the 6 continent maps. Initially, players will be placed into a group of 8 people and will cycle through all of the six continent maps with the winner of each game advancing to Rd 2 on that particular map. At the end of the six continent maps, the two players not advancing will be eliminated from the tournament.
Order of the maps will be as follows:
Africa - 8 man game
Asia - 7 man game
Australia - 6 man game
N. America - 5 man game
Europe - 4 man game
S. America - 3 man game
ROUND 2 - "Own your map"
The winners on each map (6 total) will all battle in three games on the map they all collectively won on in round 1 for the right to represent that continent in the final. Games will be dispersed 1 at a time and will be scored as follows:
1st place - 10pts
2nd place - 7pts
3rd place - 5pts
4th place - 3pts
5th place - 1pt
6th place - 0pts
ROUND 3 - "Own the Globe"
Representatives from each continent will advance to this final round which will take place on World 2.1
It will be a 5 game battle with games be dispersed 1 at a time. Scoring will be the same as in RD 2.
