this is my bob, where do i stand and how do you see who is " new unique"

8177 is the unique kills

its simple-for example-if you have in last update 8000 UO- and in new update you have 8100,then you can easy realised that you collect new 100 UO,its very simple

Think he just pulls the list from the map rank database, so anyone wanting in would have to maprank themselves (or having someone else maprank them).
