Game is currently in round 25. In round 24, the Accused announced a truce declaring it to be necessary, even though they are far and away the strongest 2 players. Closer inspection reveals that the two players have only attacked each other twice each since the beginning of the 5-player game . In 23 rounds, each of them only saw fit to take 2 territories from the other. Please investigate what appears to be a case of secret diplomacy.

M8...that game does my head in...more alliances than players almost...just becoz Mhoram has a proposal on his wall (by someone not in this game) doesn't mean he acted on it elsewhere or acted on some "secret" diplomacy in this one...if you really want to chase this then track down the games between taranwandrer and Mhoram to give the Mods something to go on...
not much to see here...

Pink proposed a truce with yellow and also included green. Both players agreed. Then red, proposed a truce with blue and he agreed. Fog of war game. This is cleared.
