Exactly. Unfortunately they won't "rank segregate". They won't "freemium - premium" segregate.

They also don't seem interested in blocking NR from all bombard - drop - complicated maps. Most people successfully "farm" on non standard maps. If they really wanted to eliminate "farming" then they would block it.

It's only CC's fault in the end. Just like my crap random they love feeding me.

It really is, yes. And sadly, the idea that rank segregation is such a bad thing is a severely flawed one, given the many variations to correct it that have been suggested and would work very well.

Every limit you give these new guys will let people find other ways to abuse the system. The more limit, the more you push the new recruits together to certain game types, people, etc.

A few days ago, L M S has already been told to stop creating that particular type of setting where he gets to play a lot of new recruits. Take it as an unofficial warning, but the message is still the same. Let's stick to what we currently have:

"Newbie Farming" is the technique of setting up as many games as possible (either by starting or joining them) with New Recruits to gain easy points by taking advantage of difficult game options and the fact the New Recruits are more likely to deadbeat..."

If you have any new ideas or solutions that you prefer in defining what farming should be, like segregating certain ranks from playing one another, then that would belong to the Suggestions Forum. This report has already been dealt with and noted.
