Comments: Pretty simple, a recruit with no games under his belt is playing England against me as their first game. So I asked what his other account was and he says he used to play and stopped and made a new account. Just asking you guys to make sure it's just one new account and not a habit per IP.

Not really.If a player loses his Email Address.He has no choice,but to make a new account.
I know of 2 other players who have ready done it.
