Eveything Kingrat did was to help red such as suiciding to reach reds largest troop deposit to insure red was able to take him out.

njdevil and KingRat are cleared of being multis and Game 7509499 also happens to be their first game played together. Feel free to rate accordingly if you believe they had a secret diplomacy in the game.
