I found the following evidence of collusion in the game chat of the above-mentioned game. Is such collusion within the rules ? THanks in advance. Below is an extract of the game chat showing the colllusionbetween woody09 and tec 805;-

2010-08-14 11:59:10 - tec805: Pip - I'll leave Burgos & Soria alone if you leave me alone

2010-08-14 15:33:31 - tec805: Pip - wouldn't taking Zamora back and breaking one of the 4 regions make more sense? Taking a 2 from him and gaining nothing for yourself isn't going to help...

It may be "collusion" but it's not against the rules if it's posted in the game chat.
