Mmmm unfortunately it can't be proven that they all intentionally ganged up on you... XP But in any case, at least there's still a 3rd game, where I don't think it'll happen

We're on to our last game of the tournament! overlander currently holds the lead in the score table with a 5 point lead over second placed jricart. All the best to our players!

Update

The first two eliminations of the game saw overlander and jricart bowing out of the game, while mongbane holds fast as the only remaining contestant in the game that can challenge overlander's bid for the title. But for that to happen, he has to win the game.

Update

After 10 months of competition, the tournament has finally come to a close. overlander emerged victorious in the final group despite the best efforts of the other players, coming out on top after being the only player in the last group to be able to come in with a win as well as a runner-up in the games. His other notable achievements includes winning all 3 of his games in Round 3 of the tournament.

The other players deserve mention for their effort as well.

rishark1969 slipped his way into an overall second place in the tourney through his stealthy 3rd game win, coming all the way from the back of the pack to the runner-up position.

jricart was an unfortunate victim of having the target on his back, having claimed the first game of the round so decisively over the rest. His effort was stellar nevertheless.

mongbane deserves major props for his move in the last game, going out of his way to eliminate overlander followed by jricart, doing what he had to do to keep his hopes of winning the tournament afloat. Though he ultimately didn't win the game, this gutsy calculated move is certainly commendable.

bruno fountain chose to fly under the radar this time, waiting for the time to pounce. Unfortunately with quality of players together with him in the finals, the chance never arose for him to do so.
