Perhaps this rule should read:
Obviously any gross abuse of the game is forbidden. This includes but is not limited to: throwing games or deliberately benefiting from thrown games, intentional deadbeating, holding players hostage, serial teammate killing, hijacking accounts, systematically "farming" new recruits, gross and deliberate mis-use of the invite system to favorably "load" games.

Perhaps CC needs to broaden their view of what game abuse is and in a way that they are willing to and have grounds for enforcement of intentional game loading. Narrow a loop hole.

Clearly gross abuse. It's a shame that some people game the system instead of just playing the game.

because, he doesn't invite to all slots, just one on each team. This makes it impossible for an established team to join one of his games and give him normal competition

I doubt my opinion will make much of a difference since i am outvoted by 80% but here is my take:

-I think Emmdizzle has found a loophole in the map and not really the competition.
-The people he invites could very well have a teammate they can at least trust.
-Also, he still plays against people who are of a good rank. Its not like everybody is incompitant who play this game.
-He is still beatable, so note the strategy and beat him at his own game.
-Lets keep in mind that waseemalim wrote the strategy and not emmdizzle.
-who knows the intentions of waseemalim, in one instance, he has said that he thinks its a good strategy in another thread somewhere, now im reading above that he thinks its abuse of the sight.
- the point that fighting with a blindfold is true in every fog game. thats the advantage of fog...nobody knows what you are doing.
- you may want to revise the map before you start talking about punishing emm for finding something nobdy else has.
- lots of players use particular maps and settings for upping there points
- when i first joined, i thought the freestyle speed game was a way to prey on people who werent familiar with the sight until i figured out how to play those games, and i STAYED AWAY until i learned
- i had to lose a few times before i could win...god that sucks doesnt it
- same thing with oaisis, nobody knows the trick to win until you lose a few times, invites or no invites
- either step your game up or dont play
- as far as chronic foeing: that is a problem but who is to say that is the case, those are waseemalim words and not emm
- also i cant speak on what the case of emm playing with cooks is, maybe its to protect from losing a lot of points if you lose but i dont know how the math works on gaining or losing points
- if those cooks are in fact multis, he deserves what he gets
-in closing, i dont think this is abuse

did i miss anything?

if you join you can invite a teammate

unless some random public player has already joined. He invites 1 person to every team. If he wanted them to invite a teammate, he would make a PRIVATE game.

and are you serious? Was wrote the guide? No shit, he was writing it as a joke. Was does not do that at all, he was flaming Emmdizzle without really flaming

Incredible isn't it. Someone blew the whistle on this pariah nine months ago yet it was conveniently swept under the carpet.

http://www.conquerclub.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=239&t=100835&start=0

Net result? Months of prolonged abuse, a host of disgruntled players, a Conqueror who 80% of voters believe is bucking the system, and a ranking scoreboard that becomes meaningless.

No doubt it will all get buried again so that the lack of balls on the powers-that-be don't become common knowledge.

Most players like myself don't think about becoming Conqueror. However when you learn that to become so it's all about figuring out away around the system and doing it in an unethical way then it means that being Conqueror or the best player means nothing. If you are fair minded and reasonably intelligent then you have to come to the conclusion that the rankings are false and should be eliminated.

I understand that the owners of Conquer Club are still trying to figure out how to get this to be fair, correct, and respectable. However you and your "moderators" have continued to fail to be honest to all of us who pay you and continue to support you in admitting that your system is flawed. That is a disgrace and I say shame on you. All we want is honesty and yet we don't get it. I accept that you are still evolving and trying to make things better but all we get is bullshit from your lackeys and suckups. I expect and now I demand that the owners of the site mea culpa and say that they will continue to try and improve. Acknowledge that players have figured out ways to beat the system and that you will try to fix it.

I am just so sick and tired of your ass kissers who are mods and wannabe mods that bury all legitimate complaints or criticisms about the system with ridicule and sarcasm that I'm about to take you off line. Get your shit together and start treating us with more respect. Again, I accept that you haven't perfected the game or the system, I still enjoy it, just stop pissing on us and calling it rain.

You really need to treat us with more respect. If you actually read...He is not currently breaking any of the rules on the website and hence cannot be punished. Read between the lines one time?
We arent pissing on you and calling it rain....its obvious that admin are working on ways to combat people abusing the site. Do you honestly think we sit back and say yer....sucked in to these guys playing on a flawed system that people bend the rules etc etc
