For players with 19 games under their belt, wouldn't it be more appropriate to direct them to the rules rather than run to C&A to bust them for cheating?

Watchful Prism has been warned.

He violated the rules and he got called on it, imo if it were me and it was an account as new as this I woulda explained to them the rules, shown them where they are and moved on, but it was brought to light so it was dealt with as per the guidelines.
